We are looking for reliable, professional teams who can consistently deliver high-quality solar installations in a timely and safe manner. Duties
- Install residential and/or commercial solar PV systems according to design and engineering specifications
- Mount racking systems, panels, inverters, and related electrical components
- Ensure all installations meet code compliance and safety standards
- Perform system checks and assist with basic troubleshooting as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Coordinate with project managers and inspectors as required Requirements
- Proven experience in solar installation (roof and/or ground mount systems)
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, racking, and basic electrical components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
