Solar Installer

Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced Solar Installers or Solar Installation Crews to join our growing network of partners. We are looking for reliable, professional teams who can consistently deliver high-quality solar installations in a timely and safe manner. Duties

• Install residential and/or commercial solar PV systems according to design and engineering specifications
• Mount racking systems, panels, inverters, and related electrical components
• Ensure all installations meet code compliance and safety standards
• Perform system checks and assist with basic troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Coordinate with project managers and inspectors as required Requirements
• Proven experience in solar installation (roof and/or ground mount systems)
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, racking, and basic electrical components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

Pay:

$6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
