Required (overnight travel as needed) Position Summary We are seeking an entry-level Unistrut Installer to support the installation of metal framing systems (Unistrut, trapeze supports, and related hardware) on commercial construction and industrial job sites. This role is hands-on and field-based, ideal for someone looking to build a career in construction or specialty installations. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of Unistrut framing systems, trapeze supports, and related components Measure, cut, assemble, and secure metal strut and hardware per drawings and field direction Safely use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and basic construction equipment Load, unload, and organize materials at job sites Follow safety procedures, site rules, and company standards at all times Work effectively as part of a crew under the direction of a lead installer or foreman Maintain a clean and organized work area Accurately follow instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed Work Schedule & Travel Requirements Must be able to work 8 - 10 hour shifts, 4-5 days per week Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive company or personal vehicles as required Must be willing and able to travel and stay overnight when job sites are more than 50 miles from home Typical travel may include leaving Monday and returning Thursday or Friday, depending on project needs Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and on lifts (with training) Reliable, punctual, and dependable Willingness to learn and take direction Preferred (Not Required) Previous construction or mechanical installation experience Familiarity with Unistrut, metal framing, or basic hand and power tools OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain) Physical & Work Environment Work is performed indoors and outdoors on active construction sites. The role involves exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions. Standing, bending, lifting, and overhead work are required.
