Solar Installer / Technician

Team members will have the opportunity to be cross-trained for Roof-top Solar Electric and Battery installations, Solar Pool Heating installations, Solar Water Heating Installations, and Service/Maintenance for each type of system. We are looking for experienced leaders and trainees willing to participate in service work as well as new installations

• Experience in Solar preferred. Relative experience in Roofing and electrical is acceptable.
• We will provide work truck(s) for business use.
• 40 hour work weeks (sometimes more)
• Compensation is very competitive and based on experience.

• You must pass an initial drug test
• Good communication skills
• Have a decent driving record
• Able to work outdoors for extended amounts of time
• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes
