Job Description
AMD Utilities Inc. is looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as Ground Hands / Helpers. No experience is required — we provide paid training and hands-on experience in the telecommunications and utility industry. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into construction, utilities, or telecom work while learning valuable skills in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Duties Assist crews with daily job site operations Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely Support bucket truck and cable crews from the ground Set up cones, ladders, and job site safety equipment Load and unload materials and supplies Maintain a clean and organized work area Work outdoors in various weather conditions Requirements Must pass background check and drug test Reliable transportation required Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors Basic knowledge of hand tools is preferred Construction, utility, or field experience is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Schedule Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Why Join AMD Utilities?
