We are looking for motivated Solar Panel Installers to join our team and support our mission of making solar energy accessible across the state. Responsibilities Safely install solar panel systems on residential and commercial rooftops. Work with the installation team to mount racking, wiring, and inverters. Ensure installations meet local codes and Sige Solar's quality standards. Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively. Communicate with project managers and customers in a professional manner. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on systems when required. Qualifications Previous experience in roofing, electrical work, or solar installation preferred Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions. Strong attention to safety and detail.
