• 3 years of relevant work experience.

Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Solar with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Plan PV system configurations based on customer needs and site conditions Measure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar PV panels Install solar modules, panels, and support structures according to building codes and standards Connect PV panels to the electrical systems Commission and test PV systems Perform routine PV system maintenance Tie in Electrical

• Interconnection Install Solar Battery systems Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License (non-negotiable) Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen 1
• 3 years of prior Solar Installation experience required Ability to meet the physical demands of an outdoor job. Electrical licensing a plus Military service a plus Compensation and Benefits $20
