Job Description

Solar Inspection Technician Trinity Solar, the Northeast's largest privately owned solar integrator, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Inspection Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating solar inspections to ensure installations meet all local codes and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities Attend daily meetings with the Inspection Coordinator and Field Manager Perform pre-inspection audits prior to inspector arrival Open electrical panels and junction boxes for inspection access Obtain required photos and documentation as needed Install placards and secure final inspection stickers Set up and properly secure ladders for city/county inspectors Build and maintain strong relationships with local inspection offices Work independently with minimal supervision Complete additional duties and projects as assigned Qualifications & Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Ability to quickly learn new software programs; Salesforce experience is a plus Electrical experience preferred Comfortable working at heights and using ladders Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Company vehicle provided for inspections
