Installer/Carpentry Trainee $20/hour to start

What You'll Do:

Assist with the installation of industrial warehouse systems according to precise specs Learn to read blueprints, drawings, and instructions Safely use hand and power tools (you'll be trained and tested) Work alongside experienced technicians and contribute to a tight-knit team Maintain a clean, safe job site and uphold high standards of quality Travel nationwide - this job is 100% travel-based

What We're Looking For:

Basic mechanical or construction experience (shop class, home projects, or similar) Can accurately read a tape measure Physically capable: able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work on your feet all day Driver's license with a clean record Serious work ethic — dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Ready to travel extensively and adapt to different job sites and environments This Is NOT for
