In this energetic role, you will assist experienced tent installers in setting up, securing, and dismantling tents and related structures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in construction support while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly, installation, and disassembly of tents and temporary structures on-site. Support the handling and positioning of tent components using hand tools and power tools. Help ensure all structures are securely anchored according to safety standards and schematics. Carry out site preparation tasks such as clearing areas, setting up ground stakes, and organizing materials. Follow instructions from lead installers to ensure accurate setup aligned with blueprints and schematics. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and inspecting equipment regularly. Support the team during inspections, ensuring all safety protocols are followed throughout the installation process. Qualifications Prior experience with construction site work or event setup is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous. Ability to read simple schematics or blueprints is a plus. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks. Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction or event setup environments. Basic understanding of construction-related skills such as framing, caulking, or fixture installation is beneficial but not mandatory.
