We're looking for a dependable and motivated Fence Installer to join our crew. Whether you're experienced in construction or just looking to learn a skilled trade, we'll teach you everything you need to know through our proven process and team-based training system. What You'll Do Load tools and materials each morning with the crew Drive steel posts using the i-Drive Power Systems™ Assist with fence layout, measuring, and marking Install wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum fence systems Build gate frames and install hardware Clean up job sites and perform final walkthroughs Maintain tools, trucks, trailers, and equipment What We're Looking For Punctual and reliable team players Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Willing to learn and follow installation procedures Comfortable using hand and power tools (we'll train the right person) Valid driver's license preferred Previous construction or fence experience a plus, but not required Why Work With Us On-the-job training with a clear path to advancement Hourly pay with performance-based raises after probation Paid travel time and per diem for out-of-town work Be part of a small team where your work is valued and your input matters Opportunities to grow into a crew lead role as we expand Schedule & Pay Monday to Friday | Occasional Saturdays Typically 8:00AM start until the day's job is complete Pay based on experience and commitment ($16-$19/hr starting range) 60-day probationary period for new hires Ready to take pride in your work and join a company that does things differently?
