Job Description

About Us:
Seapoint Solar Energy LLC is a growing solar company dedicated to providing high-quality solar energy solutions for homes and businesses. We're seeking both entry-level and experienced Solar Electrical System Installers to join our team. If you're a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Install photovoltaic (PV) solar systems on residential and commercial properties Mount racking, solar modules, and electrical equipment according to project plans Assemble and secure mounting hardware Perform attic work to verify structural attachments Work safely on rooftops and install ground-mounted systems Pull and prepare inventory for specific projects Follow detailed system layouts and instructions Attend training sessions on new products, installation methods, and safety procedures Perform maintenance and service on existing PV systems as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate degree in technology or industrial arts preferred 1-2 years of construction or related experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome to apply) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with hand and power tools Familiarity with AC/DC electrical wiring a plus Comfortable working on various roof types (stucco, wood, concrete, Uni-strut, etc.) Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Physically able to lift materials and work outdoors in varying conditions Positive attitude and desire to grow within the solar industry Why Join Seapoint Solar?
