We're looking for a Lead Installer who's dialed in, takes pride in their work, and isn't above getting their hands dirty. This isn't a "manage from the truck" role. You'll be on installs, leading by example, and stepping into a field management role as our Vegas team scales this fall. What you'll be doing: Installing permanent outdoor lighting systems on residential properties Leading install crews and coordinating job schedules Maintaining quality standards on every job site Traveling between Las Vegas and St. George, UT as needed Growing into a Field Manager role as the team builds out What we're looking for: Low voltage experience required Comfortable on ladders and working at heights Strong work ethic — you lead from the front Management potential — you've led people or you're ready to Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable with regular travel between Las Vegas and St.
