Solar Installer-Commercial

About the role: We are seeking a full time solar installer that has solar, roofing or construction experience. You will be working as part of a team, under the direction of a foreman, to install commercial roof top solar systems.

Responsibilities:

Work under the direction of a foreman installing roof/ground mounted commercial photovoltaic systems Assisting in reading building plans to layout the design Builds racking systems Preforms basic supervised electrical wiring of PV arrays Installs modules, inverters and communications Preforms

PVC/ EMT

pipework Maintains PPE compliancy

Qualifications and Skills:

MUST have experience in solar, roofing, carpentry, exterior home improvements, or general construction MUST be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions MUST be able to work on your feet and lift a min 50 lbs consistently thorughout the day Knows proper usage of harnesses and other safety gear Ability to ascend/descend a ladder and rooftop Ability to work as part of a team Driver License and reliable transportation is required- YOU

ARE EXPECTED TO MEET ON THE JOBSITE EVERY MORNING

Job sites are varied throughout the tri state
