The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation tasks, including seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, fascia and soffit. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards on job sites. This position requires proficiency with power tools and the ability to read and interpret measurements. Duties Perform installations of seamless gutters, downspouts and gutter guards Perform repairs to seamless gutters and downspouts. Replace and repair fascia and soffit Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with team members Read and interpret measurements to accurately execute installation plans. Requirements Ability to work off a ladder and on roofs. Ability to operate power tools and other equipment relevant to installation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions. Gutter installation experience preferred, though not required. Willing to train.
