Job Description
Solar Installer We are seeking a skilled and reliable Solar Installer to join our growing team in Akron. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems according to specifications
- Conduct site evaluations and determine the best placement and angles for solar panels
- Use hand and power tools to secure panels in place and connect wiring
- Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure they are working properly
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients
Requirements:
- No previous experience in solar installation required, training will be provided
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
