This role is responsible for overseeing installation crews, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and electrical standards, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise solar installation teams while promoting a strong safety culture. Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and resources from site assessment through system commissioning. Ensure all solar PV installations comply with NEC, OSHA, utility, and local permitting requirements. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and permitting teams to ensure successful project execution. Manage inventory, equipment, and vendor resources for active job sites. Resolve customer concerns and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project performance, productivity, and quality standards. Qualifications 3+ years of solar installation, electrical construction, or renewable energy project management experience. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, battery storage, inverters, and electrical distribution systems. Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management and CRM software. Experience leading residential and commercial solar projects. Preferred Qualifications Journeyman or Master Electrician License. NABCEP Installation Professional Certification.
