This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity . We provide all job scheduling and sales — you focus strictly on installation. We are looking for dependable individuals or small crews who are comfortable working with tools, ladders, and exterior home projects. Prior lighting experience is helpful but not required if you are mechanically inclined and experienced in general exterior work.

Scope of Work:

Install permanent outdoor lighting systems on residential homes Mount lighting track/channel securely and evenly Run and conceal low-voltage wiring Install power supplies and controllers Test full system functionality Ensure clean, professional finish Maintain job site cleanlinessRelevant Experience (ANY of the following is helpful): We are open to installers with experience in: General handyman / maintenance work Roofing or roofing repair Siding or exterior home remodeling Gutter installation Solar panel installation or solar mounting Holiday lighting installation Low-voltage electrical work Fence or deck building Exterior carpentry General construction or labor work Any experience working on ladders or rooftops If you are mechanically inclined and comfortable working on homes, you will likely be a fit.

Requirements:

✔Comfortable working at heights / on ladders ✔Own basic tools ✔ Reliable transportation (truck/van preferred) ✔ General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) ✔Valid driver's license ✔Ability to follow instructions and complete clean installs ✔ Good communication and professionalism
