This role involves working on residential and commercial properties to install, maintain, and repair solar roofing systems. Duties Install solar panels on rooftops according to specifications and safety standards. Assess roofs for structural integrity and suitability for solar installations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar roofing systems. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines, expectations, and any issues that may arise. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar roofing. Qualifications Proven experience in roofing or construction; experience with solar installations is a plus. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols. Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. A valid driver's license is preferred for travel to job sites. Certification or training in solar installation is an advantage but not required.
