  • Full-time Hydroscapes is a 25 year old family owned company with an impact oriented mission, vision, and core values.
We are seeking a self motivated team player who aspires to grow as a leader through the installation of residential rooftop solar panels. Roles & Responsibilities Have a 'safety first' attitude and follow all safety procedures. Lead and hold team accountable to jobsite responsibilities and safety procedures. Communicate with clients Installation of solar modules to code and specifications. Identify safety hazards, proper orientation, and module layout. Maintain thorough documentation of system installation including photographs. Submit all documentation in a timely manner. Maintain a neat and orderly job site. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Good mechanical skill set, such as: working with hands, tools, climbing, good sense of balance, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc. Work safely on roofs for extended periods of time; ascend and descend ladders. Ability to lift at least 50lbs. Driving license required Ability to work in a multicultural environment, bilingual Spanish is a plus. Additional Information 2 weeks paid vacation offered after 6 months. 9
Paid Holidays:
Memorial day, July 4th, Labor Day, 2 days for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day. 2 additional days offered between Christmas and New Years offered after 1 year.
