In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our solar installations meet all local codes and inspection standards. What You'll Do Attend daily coordination meetings with the Inspection Coordinator and Field Manager Perform pre-inspection audits to ensure installations are inspection-ready Prepare job sites for inspectors (e.g., opening electrical panels and junction boxes) Capture and submit required photos and documentation Install placards and secure final inspection approvals/stickers Set up and safely secure ladders for inspector access Build and maintain strong relationships with local inspection offices Work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently Support additional field and inspection-related duties as needed What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (Salesforce experience is a plus) Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly Electrical or solar experience is a plus Comfortable working at heights
