PM Pay:
$125 per day, paid weekly About Us Glow Up Texas specializes in premium permanent outdoor smart lighting for residential homes across North Dallas and the DFW area. Our systems feature 16+ million colors, app control, customizable scenes, and a luxury architectural look designed to enhance curb appeal, security, and nighttime visibility. We are growing quickly throughout the DFW market and are looking for reliable, motivated installers to join our team. What You'll Do Install permanent outdoor smart lighting systems on residential homes Assist with measuring, mounting, wiring, and securing lighting materials Use ladders, basic tools, and installation equipment safely Follow installation instructions and company standards Keep the work area clean and organized Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Help ensure every installation is completed properly and on time Report any issues, missing materials, or installation concerns to the team lead What We Provide Training and support Installation guidance and standard procedures Tools/materials needed for the project, when applicable Weekly pay Growth opportunities as the company expands Requirements Must be reliable and show up on time Comfortable working outdoors Comfortable using ladders and basic tools Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Reliable transportation Construction, electrical, roofing, lighting, or installation experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us Fast-growing company in the DFW area Steady weekday schedule Weekly pay Opportunity to learn a high-demand trade Room to grow into lead installer or leadership roles If you're reliable, hardworking, coachable, and ready to work, apply today.
