About Us ES Solar is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, dedicated to delivering clean, reliable, and affordable energy to residential and commercial clients. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Specialized Solar Technician. . This position is responsible for conducting site surveys, and diagnosing solar inverters and arrays. You will complete all service calls on their schedule in a timely manner. Fill out all required paperwork in our system the same day as the job is complete. Work with the department leaders to fine tune processes and proactively identify refinements or issues. Key Responsibilities Complete all service calls as scheduled each day Take excellent notes on all jobs, including detailed description of work done, pictures, and uploading them to the Work Order associated with the job Complete Site Surveying and Measurements and taking all necessary photos and annotating all applicable information Having a penchant for getting onto roofs to complete assessments, panel washing, and servicing solar systems Excel at being self motivated and driven to complete jobs effectively and efficiently Maintaining the outlined schedule by driving to customer homes within allotted timeframe and ensure job completion within that schedule Ensuring schedule is completely full or being proactive on asking or scheduling more jobs for yourself / team All technicians are expected to wear ES Solar Uniform everyday Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or direct report It is expected that all service team members are cross trained to ensure coverage at all times Complete all trainings and certifications in a timely manner Qualifications Dependability Accountability Detail oriented and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent written and Verbal communication skills Problem solving Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Company vehicle availability or mileage reimbursement Ongoing training and certification opportunities Advancement potential in a rapidly growing industry
