JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will include, but is not limited to, material handling, general assembly, panel mounting, and general construction activities related to the construction of a new solar field in central Wisconsin. Daily work activities will include working under the supervision of a Journeyman Electrician. Ensure a safe job site, maintaining compliance with company safety standards Work in a team environment, seeking to understand best practices for quality installations Follow specifications and plans for assembly of racking, modules, and electrical panels Installation of solar system modules and devices Communicate progress of work, delivery, and implementation Analyze construction documents effectively for job site knowledge Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training Accurately complete required paperwork

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Valid driver's license-Must be at least 18 years old Submit to pre-employment background and drug testing Previous experience with construction or mechanical work i.e. automotive repair, residential construction, or general assembly is preferred Excellent interpersonal communication skills - verbal, written and listening Demonstrate an interest in the Electrical or Solar work

SCHEDULE

Monday to Thursday 1st Shift, 4 days/10hrs days-Start times vary however typical is 6:00AM-Schedule will be dependent on weather WAGE $16.70 to $41.75 per hour Email application or resume to Luke.
