Applicant must live local in Sacramento or surrounding areas. Tools and equipment are provided.

Seasonal, Part-time, or Full-time Pay:

Starting at $18 - $24/hour (based on experience)Benefits after 9 months of employment (Full-Time only): Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Accrual Paid Holidays Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Building and installing of wood raised garden beds according to company specifications using miter saw, table saw, and power drills Installation of pvc and drip irrigation lines Loading soil into raised garden beds Planting fruit trees and vegetable starts and seeds Ensure that safety equipment is used properly at all times and that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications :

Must have high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to provide a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and comply with all state driving/transportation laws Must have a way to communicate for dispatching purposes (i.e. telephone, text, or email) Must be able to perform physical manual labor for 8+ hours Must be comfortable interacting with customers, fellow employees in a team environment, and the public Must be detailed oriented (i.e. taking precise measurements) Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills Must have the ability to lift and/or move heavy physical objects 60+ pounds Must be willing and able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Woodworking experience and/or general construction experience is a plus Prior experience using a miter, table, circular, or reciprocating saw Prior use of most hand tools (i.e. pruners, staple hammer, nail hammer, tamper, shovel, rake, wheelbarrow) and power tools (i.e. drills, finishing nail gun, jackhammer)
