• Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and setting forms.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools or power equipment.
• Smooth and finish surfaces to create desired textures and patterns.
• Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces.
• Repair and restore damaged concrete structures.
• Veneer installation, outdoor kitchen install, firepits, retaining walls.

• Experience:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques.
• Familiarity with carpentry and construction principles.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.
• Knowledge of flooring installation, stucco application, drywall repair, masonry work, and heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
