$27 per hour Rocky Mountain Flag Company is hiring a full-time Flagpole Installer and service worker to join our team. This is a physical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, using tools, and getting real work done. This is a seasonal part time job through September. We install flagpoles, perform flagpole repairs, install banners, and change out flags for customers across Colorado,. Job Responsibilities Install new flagpoles at customer sites Perform flagpole repairs and maintenance Install banners and related hardware Change out flags at existing locations Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials Drive company vehicles to job sites Follow safety procedures and represent the company professionally Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Preferred but not required Experience driving trailers Construction, installation, or maintenance experience Schedule 3 days a week Monday through Friday.
