Granite Fabricator/Installer

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Granite Fabricator/Installer and Solid Surface fabricator to join our dynamic team. Solid Surface Fabricator / Installer We are seeking an experienced fabricator and installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Corian solid surface materials, including the fabrication and installation of showers, vanity tops, countertops, and custom solid surface projects. Duties Measure, cut, shape, and polish granite slabs using specialized fabrication tools such as hand tools, power tools, machining equipment, and welding devices Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and other machinery for materials handling and transportation within the warehouse or fabrication area Assemble granite components with precision to ensure seamless fit and finish for countertops, vanities, or other surfaces Install fabricated granite surfaces securely in various locations by following project specifications and safety protocols Handle materials carefully to prevent damage during transportation, storage, and installation Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly storing tools, materials, and equipment after use Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards and safety guidelines Experience Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments involving stone or similar materials is highly preferred Hands-on , power tools, welding equipment, and machining devices used in fabrication processes including materials handling with forklifts or heavy equipment operation is advantageous Familiarity with millwork techniques and the use of for precise cutting and finishing tasks Ability to read technical drawings or project plans to accurately execute installation steps Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation, welding, fabrication, and construction sites

Required Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience working with Corian solid surface products.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Corian and other solid surface materials. Ability to fabricate, seam, finish, and install products to a high standard. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. and installing Corian shower surrounds, shower pans, vanity tops, countertops, backsplashes, and wall cladding. Skilled in cutting, seaming, thermoforming, sanding, polishing, and finishing solid surface materials. Ability to read shop drawings and take accurate field measurements. tools and equipment for solid surface manufacturing. Knowledge of proper installation techniques, waterproofing, and job-site finishing. Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality craftsmanship.
