This role involves independent work with occasional team support and includes weekly regional travel. We value reliability, safety, and quality in every project to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve. Responsibilities Install residential ramps and mobility modifications Handle and maintain hand tools properly Prepare job sites prior to installation Verify measurements and specifications accurately Manage materials and equipment on site Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards Required Qualifications Familiarity with hand tools Reliable transportation and clean driving record No felony convictions Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Basic carpentry skills Customer service orientation Strong time management and reliability We offer a competitive starting wage of $25/hour, paid holidays, 401k matching, flexible scheduling, and per diem for travel days.
