Duties Perform thorough carpet and tile cleaning using professional equipment and environmentally friendly solutions Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain high-quality finishes Execute janitorial and custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards Identify areas needing special attention and apply appropriate cleaning methods to ensure optimal results Maintain equipment by performing routine checks, cleaning tools after use, and reporting any malfunctions promptly Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning procedures to ensure a safe work environment Assist in training new team members on best practices for commercial cleaning and floor care techniques Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services, with a strong background in environmental or commercial cleaning preferred Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods, tile maintenance, buffing techniques, and overall floor care Ability to operate professional cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with an active approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Prior experience in environmental services or related fields is a plus Embark on a career that combines energy with precision!
