We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Floor Sanding & Refinishing Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn hands-on skills in wood floor restoration and finishing. No extensive experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Sand wood floors to remove imperfections and create smooth surfaces Hand-sand edges, corners, and tight areas that machines cannot reach Clean and prepare floors by buffing and vacuuming prior to finishing Apply finishes such as varnish or polyurethane to protect wood surfaces Assist with the maintenance and basic care of sanding equipment Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently Inspect completed work and touch up areas as needed to ensure quality results
