Landscape/Hardscape Laborer Clean Air Lawn Care Johns Creek Johns Creek, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $20 - $22 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Lawn care Outdoor work experience Caulking Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape/Hardscape Laborer and play a vital role in light hardscaping and lawn care maintenance. We are looking for someone who can handle the day to day landscaping, mowing, edging, and blowing. We are also looking to expand into installing pavers, flower beds, mulch, and small outdoor renovations. This person will be the second hire within this company and the first with experience in hardscaping. We are looking for someone who can manage his work unsupervised, has the experience, and take ownership of his area. Duties Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as pavers, brickwork, retaining walls, and decorative stone elements following detailed construction plans and schematics Assist in the mowing, edging and blowing of lawns Use hand tools including shovels, trowels, levels, and caulking guns to ensure precise installation of building materials Support the setup and installation of landscape features such as water features, lighting fixtures, and plant beds Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Perform finishing tasks like sealing joints with caulking or stucco application to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Qualifications Prior construction site experience with familiarity in hardscape or landscaping projects preferred Experience with concrete forming, finishing, masonry, or tile laying is a plus Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor labor in various weather conditions Willingness to take ownership for their work and come up with solutions to problems.
