Job Description
Senior Hardscape Technician / Paver Installer Team Member / Team Lead — Egli Landscapes, Inc. Immediate start | Team Leads $25-$32/hr, Team Members $18-$24.99/hr (based on competency test) | Full-time hourly (40-50 hrs/wk; OT 1.5x) Overview Egli Landscapes (est. 2004) seeks Team Members and Team Leads for landscape and hardscape construction. Roles involve paver/stone installation, site grading, equipment operation, client communication, and on-site leadership. Full training for entry-level Team Members; performance bonuses, profit-sharing, SIMPLE IRA, health compensation, paid vacation and seasonal holidays. Key responsibilities Install and oversee hardscape & landscape projects (pavers, SRW, natural stone, base prep, mulching, trimming). Operate trucks, trailers, loaders, excavators, mowers, blowers, edgers, sod cutters. Maintain job quality, safety, client satisfaction; report status and suggest improvements. Lead, coach, and collaborate with Operations Manager, crew, office staff, and clients. Cross-train, pursue certifications, and embody core values: Attitude, Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Commitment. Requirements Must be 18+, valid driver's license, insurable by company; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
