Job Description

Job Overview Looking for someone I can build around to expand and run a second crew. We do Pavers, retaining walls, etc. In the summer we will do remodeling and fireplaces. Must have valid DL Responsibilities Able to install Unilock, Belgard and Menards products. Prepare job sites by setting up forms, grading surfaces, and ensuring proper drainage before installation begins. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install materials such as pavers, bricks, stone, concrete, and masonry elements. Install retaining walls, patios, walkways, steps, and other outdoor structures with precision and attention to detail. Coordinate with team members to manage heavy equipment operation, material fabrication, and site restoration activities. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Skilled in the use of hand tools such as trowels, chisels, levels, saws; power tools including drills, grinders, compactors; heavy equipment operation is a plus. Familiarity with construction inspection processes to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Attention to detail Able to run a crew of 3 Strong understanding of safety practices on construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Join us in creating exceptional outdoor spaces!
