Job Description

Landscape Plant Installer Location:
Hopkinton Pay Rate:
$23-$32/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM start (40 hours/week, with potential for overtime)

Temporary Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Plant Installer to support planting and landscaping projects. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install plant material using proper planting techniques, tools, and equipment Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, skid loaders, etc.) safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and safe job site, including proper handling and storage of materials and equipment Work effectively with team members of varying experience levels Collaborate with crew leaders and team to complete projects on time and to a high standard Represent the company professionally on all job sites
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape construction or a similar role Strong communication skills; ability to speak and understand English Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Motivated and takes pride in producing quality work Experience operating equipment such as skid steers and other landscaping tools preferred Valid Driver's License (DOT card or ability to obtain one) Hoisting License (2A/1C) or willingness to obtain Ability to lift 80+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, reaching, etc.) Comfortable working 8-10 hour shifts, including Saturdays as needed #3368ST
