As part of our remodeling crew, you will play a vital role in delivering top-quality renovation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and specifications. Execute a wide range of remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, and trim carpentry. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects on time. Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinetry, glass panels, and appliances with precision. Perform restoration work including plastering, stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry, and welding as needed. Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction site work with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry techniques. Ability to operate various tools including hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely. Strong understanding of construction management principles and safety protocols on-site. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance standards. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; ability to work flexible hours as needed.
