Granite Installer/Polisher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Granite Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in installing granite and other stone surfaces, ensuring a precise, polished, and professional finish. This role focuses on delivering high-quality installations while maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Install granite, quartz, and other stone countertops and surfaces in residential and commercial spaces. Align and secure stone surfaces properly to ensure level and stable installations. Apply finishing techniques, including polishing and sealing, to enhance appearance and durability. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and accurate installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety standards. Load, unload, and transport stone surfaces safely on-site. Assist with minor adjustments during installation to ensure a perfect fit.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in granite or stone installation required. Knowledge of polishing, sealing, and finishing techniques is a preffered. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy stone slabs (up to 100 lbs or more). Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. Manual dexterity for handling and installing stone surfaces.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
