With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and attention to detail, we pride ourselves on transforming residential and commercial properties across Macomb, Oakland, & St. Clair Counties into beautiful, long-lasting landscapes. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Brick Paver Patio Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in hardscaping who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys working outdoors. You'll be responsible for the layout, installation, and finishing of paver patios and related hardscape features. Key Responsibilities Install brick or stone pavers for patios, walkways, walls and driveways. Excavate, grade, and prepare base material to ensure proper drainage and longevity. Operate compactors, saws, and other hand/power tools. Read and interpret landscape designs and site plans. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Work effectively as part of a team and occasionally lead small installation crews. Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in paver installation or hardscape construction. Strong understanding of base preparation, paver layout, edge restraints, and joint sanding. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment.
