We are a small family-owned business that want all of our employees to feel like family. We are a leading provider of top-quality granite, quartz, marble, porcelain, and other natural stone countertops for residential and commercial clients. We are passionate about providing our clients with exceptional craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are seeking granite installers to install granite in homes and businesses, and may also install other materials like marble, porcelain, quartz, etc. Prefer some experience. Wage will be determined by experience.

Qualifications:

MUST have: Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to lift properly Must be able to read a tape measure High attention to detail Pride in installing products Providing superior customer service Being punctual and reliable Communicating professionally and respectfully Working well in a team Understanding customer priorities Able to understand and work with small machinery on-site Experience in working with your hands, whether that's in construction, manufacturing, or a hobby Understanding colors and how to match a color is a very big part of this position Excellent work ethic Responsibilities include but not limited to: Meeting with clients: Going over installation, money owed, etc.

Measuring space:

Measuring the area for granite countertops or other features Cutting and shaping: Cutting or shaping the granite to the required dimensions

Installing:

Installing the countertops, backsplashes, fireplaces and finishing: Polishing or using other techniques to finish the installation Removing existing countertops: Removing existing countertops or kitchen accents if necessary

Quality Control:

Inspecting all required pieces for job and making sure they are on truck Some qualifications for a granite installer include: High attention to detail Pride in installing products Providing superior customer service Being punctual and reliable Communicating professionally and respectfully Working well in a team Understanding customer priorities Keeping truck, and tools well maintained and organized Tracking inventory and daily supplies for truck
