You'll be hands-on from day one — this is a role for someone who knows the work, takes direction well, and holds themselves to a high standard on every job. What You'll Be Doing Installing tile, flooring, and finish materials Framing, drywall, and general remodeling tasks Executing bathroom, kitchen, and basement projects Maintaining a clean, professional job site Communicating clearly with the team and project lead What We're Looking For At least 1-2 years of hands-on remodeling or construction experience Familiarity with tile, flooring, framing, or finish work Reliable transportation to job sites in St. Paul and Roseville Professional attitude and strong work ethic Able to take direction and work efficiently on a schedule Compensation Discussed at interview based on experience.
