Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Remodeler to join our team, dedicated to transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship and multi-trade work. As a Remodeler, you will lead renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Your expertise in various construction disciplines will drive successful project completion, creating beautiful, functional environments for our clients. Duties Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision and efficiency. Install and repair flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim carpentry components. Conduct plumbing and electrical work as needed, adhering to safety standards. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete tasks such as concrete forming, masonry, stucco application, and roofing. Utilize construction management software like Buildertrend for project documentation and communication. Engage in restoration projects involving heavy equipment operation, concrete finishing, welding, or hardscape installation. Ensure all work aligns with client specifications and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, framing, roofing, or masonry. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and other trade skills listed above. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients alike.
