Job Description

We are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and hardworking individual who is eager to learn and grow with us.
Job Summary:
As a Granite Installer and Fabricator, you will be responsible for the cutting, shaping, and installing of granite countertops and other stone surfaces. You will work alongside experienced professionals and receive on-the-job training to develop your skills in both fabrication and installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be punctual, and take responsibility for completing tasks efficiently and with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist in the fabrication of granite countertops, including cutting, polishing, and shaping stone according to specifications. Assist with the installation of granite countertops, backsplashes, and other stone surfaces in residential and commercial settings. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for. Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standard of quality and safety. Work closely with team members to complete projects within deadlines. Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all phases of work. Organize inventory. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and clarity of expectations.
Requirements:
No prior experience required - willingness to learn and be trained. Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility. Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Accurate reading of tape measures for fabrication. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments. Prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, or crouching in a workshop environment. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and templates. Willingness to occasionally work overtime or weekends to meet deadlines.
