SET Crew

Site preparation which consists of the following: Checking pins, tamping stone, installing straights (batter boards) for string line, screed stone. Ensure proper installation and sealing of precast concrete walls panels with accordance to standards set forth by Superior Walls of America. Verify diagonals are within Superior Walls Specifications. Pick up any debris left on jobsite and dispose of properly. To abide by all safety rules, policies and procedures. Duties will vary according to classification, Lead man, second man, laborer.

Skills and Attributes:

Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to manually lift 80 lbs. Ability to follow specific directions Ability to work well with others Ability to operate laser, cut saw, impact wrench, various drills Ability to use basic hand tools Ability to ready shop prints and translate information into actual performance Ability to accurately read tape measures Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to hold privileged communications and information confidential Punctuality and reliability concerning work schedules Willing to work as required to accomplish company goals

Experience Requirement:

Poured in Place or Block Foundations Experience is helpful Carpentry experience is a plus Crew Lead must possess layout skills and leadership abilities Education Requirement High School graduate level Math skills
