In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of outdoor hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and decorative stonework. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments that meet our clients' visions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in landscape construction, and contribute to creating stunning outdoor living areas. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of hardscape features. Prepare sites by grading, excavating, and setting foundations for patios, pathways, walls, and other hardscape elements. Install building materials such as pavers, bricks, natural stone, concrete forms, and masonry components with accuracy and craftsmanship. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient installation processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Assist with site cleanup and restoration upon project completion to deliver a polished finished product. Requirements Proven construction site experience with a focus on hardscape or masonry projects. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment related to construction work. Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and the ability to operate machinery responsibly. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining high-quality standards.
