Installer/Technician

Established in 1951, Craftsman Window Coverings has been providing window treatment solutions to residential customers and commercial businesses in the Omaha area for 75 years As an installer you will be representing our company in the field as you install manual and motorized roller shades, curtains, blinds, and custom drapes. We are looking for positive, hard working, and capable people who care about what they do to join our team as we enter a new stage of growth.

Requirements:

Knowledge of basic hand tools Ability to work from a ladder, lift, or scaffolding Mechanical aptitude Problem solving skills Ability to work as a part of a team and alone Ability to work with or without supervision Valid drivers license At least 18 years of age Must own or purchase basic hand tools (payroll deduction options available) Occasional overnight travel (no weekends) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Preferred skills: Experience with window treatments Knowledge of construction or interior finishing Experience working on an active jobsite Experience working with General Contractors, Foremen, or alongside other trades Experience with low voltage electrical No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right applicant with the right attitude. There is room for advancement for anyone who is willing to learn.
