As a Hardscape Installer, you will be responsible for executing detailed installation projects that enhance the beauty and usability of outdoor areas. Responsibilities You will assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and water features. Prepare sites by grading, excavating, and setting forms using hand tools and power tools to ensure a solid foundation for installations. Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation and material transportation when necessary. Install various materials including concrete, brick, stone, pavers, and other hardscape components with precision and attention to detail. Apply finishing techniques like concrete finishing, sealing, caulking, or trimming to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal of installed features. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials regularly while adhering to safety protocols on-site. Experience Proven experience in hardscape installation or related construction fields such as masonry, carpentry, or landscaping. Skilled in operating hand tools (e.g., trowels, chisels) and power tools (e.g., saws, drills) safely and effectively. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation relevant to site preparation or material handling is preferred. Experience working with concrete forming techniques, masonry work, tile laying or flooring installation is highly desirable. Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when needed in fast-paced environments.
