We are a growing kitchen remodeling company specializing in complete kitchen renovations from demolition to final installation. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. We're looking for an experienced installer who wants a long-term opportunity to grow with a company that values quality work. Responsibilities
  • Complete kitchen demolition
  • Install kitchen cabinets, fillers, crown molding, toe kicks, and trim
  • Install LVP flooring
  • Install sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, and under-sink plumbing
  • Disconnect and reconnect kitchen appliances as needed
  • Read and follow layouts and installation plans
  • Keep job sites clean and organized
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and maintain high-quality workmanship
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of kitchen remodeling experience preferred
  • Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills
  • Experience installing LVP flooring
  • Basic plumbing knowledge for kitchen installations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional Requirements
  • Reliable transportation to and from each job site
  • Must have your own basic remodeling tools (a complete set of professional tools is a major plus)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
