We are a growing kitchen remodeling company specializing in complete kitchen renovations from demolition to final installation. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. We're looking for an experienced installer who wants a long-term opportunity to grow with a company that values quality work. Responsibilities- Complete kitchen demolition
- Install kitchen cabinets, fillers, crown molding, toe kicks, and trim
- Install LVP flooring
- Install sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, and under-sink plumbing
- Disconnect and reconnect kitchen appliances as needed
- Read and follow layouts and installation plans
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and maintain high-quality workmanship
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of kitchen remodeling experience preferred
- Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills
- Experience installing LVP flooring
- Basic plumbing knowledge for kitchen installations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from each job site
- Must have your own basic remodeling tools (a complete set of professional tools is a major plus)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
