The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision tile installation, including large-format tiles, bathroom surfaces, and shower enclosures. This position requires an eye for detail, advanced technical skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional results in residential and commercial settings. Key Responsibilities Prepare and level surfaces to ensure proper tile adhesion. Lay out tile designs and patterns with precision, following project specifications. Cut tiles using hand and power tools to fit around obstacles and into tight spaces. Install various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and large-format tiles. Apply adhesives, mortars, and grouts to secure tiles and create a polished finish. Perform waterproofing and substrate preparation for bathroom and shower installations. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets aesthetic and technical standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a tile setter. Proficiency in using tile saws, levels, and other installation tools. In-depth knowledge of tile installation techniques, including layout, cutting, and grouting. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on complex patterns and designs. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project drawings. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various environments. Experience in Bathroom Tile & Large Format Tile Experience in Waterproofing Tile Preferred Qualifications Experience with intricate custom designs and mosaics.
