Job Description
Experienced Tiler in Las Vegas We are in search of an experienced Tiler to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles on various surfaces such as floors, walls, and ceilings. You must have prior experience working as a Tiler and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning and leveling them
- Install tiles using adhesives or mortar
- Grout and seal tiles once they are installed
- Repair or replace damaged tiles
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain tools and equipment used for tiling
- Communicate with clients to understand their tiling needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Tiler is required
- Must have excellent knowledge of different types of tiles and how to install them properly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans
- Good physical stamina as tiling can be a physically demanding job
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
