What You'll Do We're looking for a skilled Cosmetic Technician to support the upkeep of our facilities through cosmetic-level repairs and touch-ups. This role involves maintaining the visual and structural quality of our locations by addressing minor wear-and-tear issues and ensuring spaces remain clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. You'll work closely with the Maintenance Lead and Operations teams to proactively identify areas in need of attention and execute timely repairs with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cosmetic repairs such as painting, patching drywall, tile and grout work, caulking, signage touch-ups, and light carpentry. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures, and furnishings. Inspect sites regularly and report larger maintenance needs to the appropriate department. Follow all company and safety policies, including proper handling of tools and materials. Ensure repairs are completed to brand standards and within defined timeframes. Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and tools. Support special projects and renovations as needed. Work independently or with minimal supervision across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or cosmetic facility repair strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Basic understanding of cosmetic-level repairs and general maintenance techniques. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on ladders or in tight spaces. Self-motivated with strong time management and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Flexibility to travel between local sites and work varying hours as needed. What You'll Get in

Compensation:
